3. VPN service data

During the use of the service, we collect a minimal amount of technical information for operational and security purposes:

• Anonymized subnet of the source IP address (without recording the full IP).

• IP address of the VPN server used.

• Amount of data transmitted.

This data is used to administer the network and prevent abuse, and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

• Complete IP addresses that identify the user.

• DNS queries performed while connected.

• Browsing history, applications used or sites visited.

5. External suppliers

TrainVPN may use third party services to process payments or provide technical support.
These providers handle information according to their own privacy policies and comply with international security standards.
